• In order to achieve the best results, we start with a digital file in one of many different file formats which the customer can email, ftp, or send via CD- or DVD-rom. If you need original design work, no problem. Our pre-press department has many creative geniuses that will help you with all your layout and design work.


• Next, we convert the file format into a format that one of our digital machines can understand by ripping the file (ripping means processing and translating the file into a format the machine can understand so it can print it).


• After the rip, your file is ready to print. Our highly knowledgeable machine operators will ensure that the print quality and color meets the your highest expectations.


• The final step in the process is finishing and installation. No matter how big your banner is or no matter how unique your die-cut specs, Big Ben has the resources to put the icing on the cake. After we're done seaming, cutting, or laminating your job, we will help you with the installation process.
